Dr. Fausto (the acclaimed Miguel çngel Sol‡), a specialist in terminal medicine spends his entire life with patients on the brink of death. So wrapped up in his routinue and soulless work he has become a man without dreams. A man closer to death than life.

Whilst attending a medical conference in the city, Dr. Fausto meets the mysterious Santos Vella (Eduard Fern‡ndez), a man who claims to have once been his patient. A patient who claims the Doctor had given up on him for dead eight years ago. Fausto has no memory of him.

The charismatic Santos quickly becomes the Doctor's guide around the city, and he's a guide with magician's skills. He re-introduces the jaded doctor to life and real experience, and makes a bold pact with the Doctor to turn any of his desires into reality.
